What laundry detergent do you use?

The laundry process at i-Klean laundry produces hygienically clean linens by using high quality chemicals and washing/spotting agents from world referenced company, ECOLAB. We employ eco-friendly technology for clothes cleaning, preserving garments without harsh detergents, thereby enhancing clothing longevity while caring for the environment.

How long does it take to do my laundry? Do you offer EXPRESS Service in case of urgency?

In most cases, laundry takes 3 days (not include drop-off day). For bags, shoes, leather would take 7 days.
We do offer EXPRESS laundry service, please contact the branch where you prefer to use theservice. Additional service fees will apply as appropriate.

Do you offer an IRON-ONLY service?

Yes, we do! The ironing service fee is approximately 30% off the laundry service.
However, we recommend our promotional laundry package of “30 items for 1,490 baht” for a value and comprehensive service that you do not have to bother yourself at all.

In the case of dissatisfaction, shrinkage, discoloration, damaged or lost, what is your policy for Investigation and Compensation?

The company will conduct a preliminary inspection by which the customer must send the item back and the company have the right to make the correction. In the event that the damage is beyond repair, the company will be liable for not exceed than 10 times of the laundry charge.

Do you offer a Pick-Up and Delivery for Monthly Laundry Service? Is there a minimum spending?

In the case of pick-up and delivery service, customers must have a total laundry spending at least 3,000 baht/month unless your location is in proximity to our store, the shop attendant might offer a pick-up / delivery service without extra charges.

What are operating hours?

At i-Klean, “We Never Close!” We open 7 days a week. In fact, we’re open on all public holidays except only Songkran Festival.
